Return/Exchange Requests: If you wish to return or exchange a product, kindly submit a request within 10 days of order delivery. Once your request is processed, a pickup will be scheduled for the item(s).

Pickup Timeline: Our courier partner will collect the item(s) within 1 to 5 days of your request.

Condition of Products: Please ensure that all returned items are unused, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that do not meet this condition may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Quality Check: Once collected, the item(s) will undergo a quality check at our warehouse to ensure the product's condition.

Exchanges: If approved, your new item(s) will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of the quality check approval.

Returns: For returns, the order amount can be refunded as a store credit or bank transfer within 48 hours of quality check approval. The bank transfer may take some time to reflect. If bank transfer is opted for in case of returns, a nominal shipping fee of Rs.149 will be deducted.
